Problem using funds loaded with PayPal Mycash

I have bank account and credit card linked to my Paypal account. But every time when I tried to order something with Paypal, it always says “not able to process your payment”. Anyone knows what to do? Thanks!

Several months. But no activities before. It just wont let me do anything. I know a big transaction would trigger a red flag so I was ordering something like $25. Still the same

There is a good chance that PayPal investigates your account (no good sign)

Did you get a payment and try to spend it right away? Let it sit for a week before spending if you have a new account or no activity for a while.
