new eBay acc with PP (new rules)
 
Hi everyone,

my new UK eb acc has been indefinitely suspended, it has never sold an item, i only listed an item and the paypal attached has never received funds from the eBay account.

Since eb + pp have now split, can i make a new eb acc and attach it to existing paypal so that i can save one of my bank accounts?

All help is appreciated :)

No, you can't. If you do that, your new EB acc will be suspended as well. The split is more in a legal way, then in technical / information exchange.

Yes. That is why it is recommended to verify your account with a VCC, then do several sales, and if it goes smoothly - add a bank, to minimize the risk of wasting a bank with an unused PP.

just a thought, what if, with my US pp acc (which doesnt currently have a bank), to withdraw if i sent the funds to this PP (of which is not in any way banned or suspended) but the eBay to go with it is.. this could work right?

Do not send funds between paypals more than once, or they both may become limited.

ok, how would you suggest i withdraw funds from a US acc? when i canot get a US bank? can i withdraw to a gift card? or anything? Payoneer doesnt work i heard?

No Payoneer doesn't work for US PayPal. You need to have a US bank account. You cannot withdaw to a card either.

ok, i have searched and searched regarding opening a US bank form UK or form Spain, but it seems almost impossible..?
