It is IMPOSSIBLE for any of us to know YOUR finacial situation, what you sell, how you sell, how you get taxed now and how you plan on getting taxed in the future. What your asset and liabilities are. If you have other interests to protect. etc...

Fooling around is what you are doing now making such "foolish" comments.

Whats foolish there?I'm asking a good question because this is my first time to encounter this. I don't have a job and currently a student. So what should I put there? thanks.

YOU need to seek professional advice to determine this. That is what you need to do.

Odds are a simple LLC will do the trick, but you then need your accountant/adviser to assist you with what kind of LLC and its tax structure. If you need to register with your state or what state to register in etc...

This is taxes and laws not something you just fool around with.

I think you need to get back to your studies and finish school.

You are asking a open forum questions to things that we have no knowledge of, and that thing is "your personal life". That includes, the state you live in, how much money you have, what things you own, and many many other things.

My personal advice is, close all accounts including paypal accounts and maybe Amazon accounts if you dont want to ask an Accountant on what to do.

Go ask an accountant, tell him/her that you are a student with limited funds. Most accountants will work with you on that.

I don't have accountant/adviser to assist me with what kind of LLC. Should I call irs to tell them what LLC should I make?

I dont know how else to say it but YOU need to find an accountant that understands business.

The IRS does not offer accounting services.
