I can eaily 'move' to any country I want for any reason. Espically for withdraw to vcc. As I can't get a bank account at most us bank for the next three years. |

I just noticed that your VCC's allow for withdraws is this a new change? I knew that you talked about vcc withdraw and sold vccs. But wanted to ask you if they were withdrawable. |
