Card.com

This is a debit card issued by Bancorp. It comes with a checking number and a 9 digit routing number that can be used for direct deposits. there is a 5.95 monthly fee if you do not deposit by electronic transfer $800 or more each month.

Does anyone know if these will work with Paypal and if it will work with mismatch names.

Most of these will not work. Theyre blacklisted by paypal.
Also, to activate it youll need to use your SSN. If youre doing that then you may as well just open a regular bank account. Much safer and easier to do that.
