Sites That Use PayPal to Process Their Payments
 

Do you know what I hate? I HATE websites that use PayPal as their processor! Thankfully I have caught myself before entering my REAL info using the card that is linked to my STE/ALTH PP account. But boy, some of them are sneaky! The "Powered by PP" is tiny and at the very bottom. Large sites do that which makes no sense to me, you'd think they would have their own merchant account but NOOOOOO.

I have purchased from a couple of friend's online parties (purses, makeup, etc.) through network marketing companies and while I do have a ste/alth name. mailbox, and so on that I could just go on and use and ship to, then my friend gets notice of purchase from some random person so that is something that I don't want to explain. I just use a different account but I am always worried that I have to be super-vigilant when shopping online to make sure I don't accidentally link myself since my main bank account's card is the one linked to my largest ste/alth PP.

I just wanted to toss this out there as a reminder. If you are shopping online, make SURE that the site doesn't use PP to process their payments, BEFORE you enter info like a card, name or address that may link you.

Use a different user account for buying legit.

I do I am just saying, if PP is the processor and I am on MY IP which I use for a ste/alth...I put my address in for shipping and BOOM.
