Paypal Digital Gift E-gift card joke

Paypal allows payments to online retaera but they themselves do not authorized digital egift cards to new paypal users lol. Tried buying one on many different stealth over time. Not one succeeded lol.

I cant even imagine the level of fraud those auctions of theirs must be experiencing so Im not surprised they refuse to allow new paypal account owners to buy those.
