Paypal Account Locked
 

My name is Akintunde Olamide Akinkugbe. I was operating an Ebay business a few years ago but unfortunately my account got locked because I was selling phones on Ebay and when I sent the phone to the buyer who purchased the phone I was paid a dodgy cheque into my account as a result I could not withdraw the funds and unfortunately I was bumped and I owed PayPal £400.20 they have since asked me to pay the balance on the account but I refused is there a way I can get my account unlocked without having to pay the £400 quid as i have been bumped.

Looking forward to any replies as soon as possible.

What do you mean by dodgy cheque? and bumped?
I'm confused, (easily maybe) :P

OP sold a phone and then the buyer sent him a e-cheque, but the e-cheque failed and so his paypal went into negative.
Now he owes paypal the money.

OP why did you send the phone before the payment was cleared??

You will have way of getting this account back unless you pay the outstanding fees,

If you take to long, you will no longer be able to log into paypal again. ( think its after 3 months)

Make a new account. Never give them your social.
Also like he said: Dont send before confirmed.

We dont have or use SSN in the UK. The OP is from the UK.

Its not guarantee that you can get your account back to normal even paying all dues...

They will permanent ban you because if high risk activity...
