Few newbie questions about paypal.
 

Hi!

My situation is next: I have 50+ online stores with $200-$300 sales on each per month. Right now I work through my partner`s paypal, but it cost me 30% that is more than $3000/month. And I can`t create my own paypal because I`m from Ukraine and paypal doesn`t work with my country.

So my questions are:

1. Can I create 50+ paypal accounts (1 for each site) through US VPS (or VPN with dedicated IP) and use them for getting payments on my sites?

2. Can I use personal accounts for getting payments on my sites or I will be need to upgrade them to business accounts?

3. Do I need to verify them (vcc, vba, phone) or it`s not necessary if my income less than $500/month?

4. Does the money that I will get on my paypal accounts will be hold? I read about "21 day hold" for ebay sellers - does this rule will work for me too?

5. Will I be able to pay for different services from these paypal accounts? Right now I`m interested in different freelance services like elance.com because I plan to spend 90% of money on such sites. Do I need to verify my accounts for this? I read on this forum that a lot of orders are canceled if the account doesn`t have vcc attached to the account. Does it correct?

1. Yes, if your sites are US as well, not to raise additional flags.
2. Yes, if the volume is low. But really, can't be said for sure.
3. Yes, as after a couple of sales they will try to dig in, to find what's going on. And they may eventually link these accounts, if they all do the same thing.
4. Yes, there will be 21 day hold
5. Yes, and you will need to verify your accs, or you won't be able to receive any decent amount amount of money

So 21 day hold is 100% and there is no way to avoid it? Because it`s quite long for me. Do aged accounts have the same rule? Also, does this rule will be removed after few months of work (or after some amount of transactions)? Does there are any way to speed up it?

After 3 months and a certain amount of payment you received (I don't remember, google it), 21 days hold will be gone.

Way to speed it up: add tracking number, funds will be available after 3 days of delivery.

2 other questions:

1. If I will verify all accounts, get dozens transactions in few months and wait while "21 day hold" rule will be gone, my accounts will work fine with larger amount of money? What limits I will have? Will it be at least $1000-$2000/month?

2. Does it allowed to use 1 paypal account on few sites? The idea is that if I will verify my accounts and they will become strong because of age and transactions so maybe I don`t need 1 paypal account for each site? Maybe it will be ok to register just 10 paypal accounts and attach each account to 5 sites? Or it will be the violation and accounts may be banned?

Online store. Not ebay or amazon, or something like this. Just the site (online store) where people can buy some products.

How do you plan to get the Money Out? Also, do you have a plan for the 200 item/$20,000 a Year issue?

Actually I don`t need to withdraw the money to real cash. I plan to spend them on freelance sites like elance. And about $20.000/year - I earn not more than $120k - $180k/year so even if I will have just 10 paypal accounts in will be enough. And if I will create 20-30 accounts - each of them will earn not more than $10k(100 sales)/year.

And you have successfully used sites like elance without having issues?

Sorry, but what issues do you mean? I ordered 100+ projects in 2015 and I never had any issues with them.

PS. Let`s talk about paypal here because as I understand freelance sites are offtopic in "Paypal Talk" discussions :)

The reason I ask is because we normally don't recommend people use sites like freelancer, or elance to cash out their funds but if your successful then so be it.
