Paypal refused refund my buyers when I called
 

So my Paypal got limited and I informed buyers that I will give them a full refund because my funds are now frozen and I am unable to ship items. When I called Paypal to ask them to refund my buyers, they refused to do so until I provide documents they requested. What is the proper steps to give my buyers full refunds? Should I tell them to file for a dispute?

A Paypal rep told me that it is a risk giving buyers refund.... How is that risk if you are giving buyers back their money? Paypal freezes my money and you refuses to give refunds? What more do you want Paypal? You suck big time!

Just log into paypal and refund the orders you dont want to ship.

They want your money.

That's why I'll never store more than $150 in paypal. Big dollar amounts in the account is too tempting for the paypal thieves. It's a major reason they'll never become a bank - they wouldn't be able to legally steal so much money if they were.

For me, it is a lie, that some money should be always in PP. I withdraw as soon as possible to avoid such issues. Even knowing the fact that it will cost me additional money (every withdrawal costs 2 eur), as as soon I loose 100 Eur in a locked PP, it will do more damage, then these 2 eur.

I wish I could have no funds in paypal. With the holds all my accounts have a few thousands pending at all times. On accounts that have no holds, never more than days sales are in the account.

The comments above about paypal stealing your money it ludicrous and should be ignored.

UTTER CRAP.

Do that, are if a dispute comes in, they take it from your bank, when your account has a merchant review, they will see the real name of the bank account as a 'payment' (or a denial of payment if it does not support DD's) and boom, your account is toast.

All for the sake of a $100's being left in there.

The only reason i can see paypal blocking refunds is if they think you are selling to yourself.

You should definitely try and call again. Probably just the rep you got OR tell buyers your not shipping out so they can go ahead and file themselves...:smash:

I would never use that PayPal or eBay account again. Also, I would avoid calling at all costs.
