Anything new on opening a PP acct?
 

Hi,

I have been asked for ID info because I hit the magic number for transactions in 2015. NO problem....been there, done that several times in stealth accounts. I usually just open up a new paypal and change my buy-it-now to the new PP.

I have not opened a new PP account since the EB/PP split.

Any changes from before?

can somebody check my work here:

Set up new TracFone.
Buy VCC
get new email acct.
then I am ready for new PP.
Is IP an issue with PP?

Right? Did I miss anything? I ask because I didn't have all my stuff ready once and had to waste an email acct and some time because I was not ready with a phone or VCC (I forget).

I bought and used the Stealth Guide, love it and live it.

No changes since the split - at least none that I noticed.
And yes IP is always an issue for paypal - same as ebay. Youll need a clean IP address which is pretty standard.
Also one more thing you might want to use is either a bank account of your own or a VBA which you can buy.
By the way - the idea of linking a new paypal to the same ebay account is NOT the best cause all these accounts will get linked and paypal are not dumb. They'll know EXACTLY what youre trying to pull and a limitation to all these accounts will follow.

Well....I don't plan to get a new bank account for this paypal. I have just transferred the money (send$ to family and friends mode) to a real account that is not connected with any ebay account.

So exactly what CAN you do to let a stealth account go over the 200/20K limit before SSN requirement? Mind you...I have about 8 accounts and all of them will hit this level by the end of the year.

It varies they tend to send the request for TAX ID around the 12k mark for me, the more you spread out your sales between your accounts the more likely they wont request it for a while if at all

You either have to stay under the radar and keep your sales well below the threshold, or give them an EIN when they ask for the tax ID information.
