Limited PP account
 

And they are asking me for to register a new Credit Card + a utility bill to lift the limit.

The account is almost 2 months old, i didn't had a problem with it, received a about 10 dollars from someone on reddit, as a service not gift , and that was almost a month ago, it went in with no issues.

Maybe its the VCC ? i contacted the user i bought it from (seller here) , he changed from Mastercards to Visa's and i had to add 3 cards from him untill one worked.

Should i abandon it, or try to lift it ?

Well, your choices are to get creative with the utility bill request or create a new PayPal account. I doubt the VCC is the cause of this. Usually when PayPal requests a utility bill it is because they are unsure of the ADDRESS on the account. This tells me that either the IP address is problematic, or a questionable real world address was used to make the account.

In the past, some advocated using the address of your local McDonald's or Walmart as a stealth address, but that is no longer viable.

But what about the CC request ? Add another VCC ?

I can spruce up some bill but the CC...i dunno

I would add a different VCC, or a gift card, depending on the county of the PayPal account.

you had this because you added entropay card!!! correct?
any payment up to $30 will be fine if you added entropay as primary card. above that you will need to confirm address and credit card

No entropay, it was a VCC from a indian seller on here.

Best thing would be to try to get a Vanilla Visa card. I believe that 123 sells them. And they last for 7 years.
