Here is the email i got from paypal:
What should i do? If i call them, What kinds of question they may ask? Any suggestion will be greatful. Thanks

What does this mean?

This account limitation will affect your ability to:

send money
withdraw money
Additionally, you cannot:
remove any bank accounts
remove credit cards
close your account
What to do next

Please log in to your PayPal account and visit the Resolution Center before November 13, 2015 to provide the requested information. If we don't receive this information before November 13, 2015 or we notice additional significant changes in your account activity, your account access may be further limited.

Once we receive and review your documentation, we will email you regarding the status of your account.

It means youre shady and they caught on.

It means youre VAGUE in telling us what youre doing.
Cant help when we dont know.

What questions will they ask? You know better than us because you know what you are selling. We dont.
One day you could be selling a 1 dollar twinky and next day you could be sending 750 dollars to some guy in Russia.

What do you think theyre gonna ask????

Can you still buy stuff with the money? Do you have a balance?
If you can buy stuff, buy an amazon gift card from ebay and cash out.

He can't send money therefor he can not buy amazon gift cards.

Start some stealth accounts and spread your shadiness amongst them and/or ease into selling new or high quantity items.
