How to verify Paypal without VBA?

Is there anyway I can verify my paypal? MakerViet has ran out of VBAs with micro deposit and only has instant. I don't have a phone to verify so I was wondering if using a VCC can be used to verify the account.

No you need a bank to,verify US PayPal accounts.

He usually has instant VBA that will not need phone verification.

Also try adding a,real bank account, you don't always need to verify with phone when adding a bank

The services here say that you can verify with a VCC. I'm only going to send and receive money not withdraw.

Is using a VCC good to verify account? I'm not going to withdraw money.

VCC....CONFIRMS the account.....VBA....VERIFIES the account.

For USA PayPal, You need to add both VCC and VBA to increase Sending and receiving limit
