Prepaid Card or New Checking Debit for Paypal?

Hey all,

I was curious, as the Stealth guide says you can use a bank account that hasn't been used with eBay before, but also talks about Prepaid cards.

Curious if it's OK to use a debit card associated with a new checking account for Paypal, or should we really just use a Prepaid card for Paypal?
