When gets limited...
 

Hi guys...
I have a stealth eBay account which I'm trying to take very easy and slow so I won't wake up PP ID verification (the PayPal is stealth as well).
I can and I want to increase my selling but I know that once my selling are jumping up instantly - PP do their trick on my account with the verification stuff.
My questions are: let's say the ask for verification and now my account is limited -
1. Can I create a new stealth PayPal account and connect it to the eBay I'm using instead of the limited PayPal account?
2. If I'm not going to do any ID verification (I can't obviously) do PayPal realse my funds after a period of time?

i can answer question 1 for sure... and the answer is: NO

PayPal and eBay accounts lives in "combo". If one goes down you cannot simply replace it. It will be taken down sooner or later.
You have to start fresh wit a new pair.

Hello,
The best option is to restore it once it gets limited. Else Start with a new one.
