No more pp with fire fox
 

SOOOOOOOOO, Recently can not login to pp anymore with firefox... after I put the password it says unknown error each time... then I go to IE and it allows login... so weird... any 1 ever experience this where it keeps saying uknown error when you try to login?:attention:

Firefox may be blocking a plugin Paypal requires for its site to work? I remember issues with logging in thru Firefox in the past, but largely use Chrome these days so haven't seen it again.

I notice when I use chrome's user agent on firefox, paypal shows up for a split second and then the page goes completely white. No login buttons, no logo, no visible page - just pure whiteness. Kind of weird, since I assume chrome works with paypal? And, chrome uses the same codebase as Firefox (You see both browsers in the user agent string, too.).

Only IE's user agents work for me with paypal, but not ebay.

A bug with PP cookies. Delete them and it will allow to login.

clear browsing history and cookies and all should be well.

try to clear all cookies and login again, Firefox is still working for me.

Update your Firefox.
Its working fine for me.
