How far are into your PayPal account, have you reached the £1900, EU limit yet, in which case it would be normal for them to ask to upload identifying docs. Or have you been listing vero items and that is causing you problems!

As he is being asked for proof of delivery, it will be a risk based limitation versus EU limit.

A Paypal account can also get hit with a risk based limitation without selling VeRo.

Oh yes, I know that only to well to my cost Ebayorbust, having just been through this exact scenario myself with a puchased account!

You sound pissed off. If you don't feel it's your fault then best to speak to the person you bought it from.
