Adding Bank Account on Paypal

I searched but can't find anything relating to this:

I have 2 stealth eBay/Paypal accounts. I have 2 Bank of America accounts - 1 savings, 1 checking. I have the checking linked to one paypal and I want to link the savings to the other. Can they be linked? Especially if I use instant verification. Also, the paypal address and IP that I use is in GA. My account is based in AZ is that a red flag or something that will flag the accounts?

IP address do not matter, But if you get limited then there will be a problem as they will ask you about IP conflict.

So best is to browse your PayPal with its appropriate State IP address and then add bank.

In some cases PayPal might ask you to confirm your phone number before you can add bank.
