How can I obtain a US phone num to recieve calls?
 

How can I obtain a US phone num to recieve calls from paypal? Why text plus doesn't work?!! I don't seem to be getting calls from text plus from get go.
Any other suggestions?

Stop using free apps and stuff.....also, how about you tell us what Country your from since it seems like your not in the U.S.

I am from Iran. Should I buy credits from textplus to receive phone calls and SMS? I tried but I think the feature is only available to US phones to make payments in order to increase on credits.
What else is there for me? No other service/app you can hook me up? I'll pay if need be.
