What is it exactly PP matches up when you enter your sort & Acc?

is it secod name? DOB etc?

If your referring to your bank account....nothing, PayPal can't see the name, address associated with the bank account.

when you enter sort code and account number, only bank name appears at paypal. your personal info like name will not appear.

They can see your name when you upload funds from bank to paypal
