Can not withdraw from PayPal
 

My PayPal account is operating normally, but I can not withdraw money to my bank account.

I've added a bank account (BOA Saving accounts) and confirmed it successfully

When i withdraw money to my bank, paypal inform me: "Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw money on our Classic site instead"

and when i used Classic site to withdraw, PayPal asked me to verify identity. after I verify successful, PayPal automatically logged out of my account and transferred to the login page. I try to log back in again, PayPal inform me: "Sorry — your last action could not be completed"

I have tried many different times, still failed

pls help me :((

Have you tried doing the bank transfer via "Classic Mode"?

Try again, this time when it sends you to the login page....login then log out....then log in again.
