PP Holding Money for 60 days?
 

Is it true that the ole 21 day hold has been increased to 60 days for new users? I read that not only does the item have to show delivered and 3 days past, but also that the buyer is required to leave feedback on eBay. If both things aren't done, Im being told they can hold your money for 2 months. Can someone confirm this?

On my new accounts hold is 21 days as usual. But new info from PP:

You're considered a new PayPal seller until you:

Complete 10 transactions without any buyer disputes, claims, or returns.

Keep your payments as a pending balance for 60 days from the date you receive your first payment.

So I think to avoid 21 days hold you should to keep funds on balance for 60 days...

The fact of the matter is, paypal only will hold a MAXIMUM of 21 days for domestic and 27 days for international and funds release has little to do with feedback. 3 days after delivery will become available shortly after.

I think your confused....The 21 day Hold is active for 60 days where it use to be that for 90 days you would have 21 day holds. So essentially you should get the 21 day hold removed within 60 days.
