PayPal restricted, learn from my mistake
 

I have several stealth PayPals, everything has gone perfectly with PayPal ever since I started stealth (PayPal is WAY easier than eBay)...Anyways, I buy ALOT as I buy and resell if I see items going for really cheap or if an item with bidding activity isnt getting alot of attention (low price again)...Well today my PayPal got limited (asking for ID, CreditCard/Bank Statements, SSN) When I bought a $2000+ item. Until then Ive bought like 5 650$ items on this particular PayPal...Ive never been limited for this but it seems like buying items this high priced will trigger PayPal...So dont buy high priced items on Stealth accounts...Needless to say this PayPal account will be trashed but since theres no money in it, no sweat. ;)

I have bought big ticket items using stealth eBay and Paypal for years. Merely ordering a high priced item isn't solely what triggered this, unless it's a new account.

In general, if you plan to move big money, you need to verify your account and make it established by doing smaller transactions for a reasonable time.

Yea, the account was pretty new (less than 30 days old)

If you were using "paypal balance" to buy then thats going to be a problem on a new account.

Big money means suspicious activity in their eyes... If you want to move a lot of money better choose something other than PayPal.

Not sure how you guys do it- I'd never purchase anything that expensive with stealth Paypal. I understand that there are situations out there that need to be solved with some added risk involved, but still... I couldn't sleep if I'd know that I just made a 2k purchase- I'd be wide awake and refresh my PP(probably this alone would cause some sort of limitation) just to make sure its not suspended.

Sorry but seems common sense.

Id flag any new account 30 days young if I saw 2000 dollars being moved around. Just saying......
