How do I confirm credit/debit card for U.S. business account?

Paypal often does not let me send money without adding and confirming a credit or debit card. I can add one no problem, but when it comes to confirming it I always have to call in. I have a business account so I'm not sure if it's a bit different. Is there any way I can confirm my card without calling Paypal?
