Paypal wants to CONFIRM my Credit/Debit Card?

In order to have my withdraw limit lifted, paypal once to confirm the debit/credit card on file is mine by charging a $1.95. The address on my paypal account matches the card on file but the names do not match, does anyone know if this will create a problem?
