making sure about address for paypl
 

my understanding is for address city & area must match with the gelocation of ip address the acc gonna be operated from for example iplocation says youre located in X city & Y area..

now most of the time chances that a POBx to be found in that area are little to none (especially if you want your acc from a country other than u.s like somewhere in europe..) then youll be bond to use some real random address you can find but how would you know that its not already taken by someone else? whether stealth person or real

Geolocation of IP is not tracked yet - I wouldnt worry too much about it.

so you can operate an acc with even obvious mismatch in terms of actual physical locations with no problems? for example for the u.s with an ip appearing to belong to an state in east cost and an street-address from western states.. (and similar situations for other countries..)

by the way where to look for addresses if the only way of obtaining an address for you is by searching through internet & online means (and how to check if its none-taken and validity of it..)

what about picking-up some real random address you can find especially if you have difficulty finding a paid(or free) address that may enable you to have remotely access to like a POB (for instance if youre after an address for a euro paypal but residing overseas..)

Ideally you want to have access to the address you are using.

No such thing exist.

and what about the idea of picking-up some real random address outlined above...
