some (EU-oriented) papal questions

Hi,

A1- at any point would paypl ask for bank account + proof (statement from bank) for euro paypal(except uk which is known case) especially for countries with withdrawal ability to local bank such as portugal, luxembourg etc ....?

A2- is there any address verification involved in the process of making an Euro papal? if yes then can it be done using AVS cards or the ones that act as an avs card?

A3- can i start receiving/sending money on the very first days after opening the acc?

A4- is there a recommendation about things like maximum amount per transaction, grace period in between transactions or number of daily/weekly/monthly transactions that should be followed?

A5- is there a minimum balance that should be always kept on acc or the card? should you not zero out them ever?

A6- what are limitations concerning paypal in general and what that are specific to euro paypal..

like is there a monthly/yearly limit? and what to do before/when you hit the limit if ANY?

can make paypal to be without limits? (business account perhaps?)

A7- i assume that the acc will be created in Euro .. what about USD? can a wallet be created for receiving/sending usd?

A8- would there be an issue for changing the language of the acc to EN from its default..

A9- what are all precautions in order to be prepared for ominous case of hitting by paypal? and prevent funds from being locked up with no way out

A10- although my main concern here is about getting paypal up & running but itd be nice to know all the things needed to be done in order to be able to buy things off ebay without any limitations..?

what goes for ebay seller..

Thanks in advance

A1- dont know A2-No, VCC does the trick. A3-Yes to both A4 - Trial and error, i prefer to start very low and build up. A5 - Not really. A6 - Same as any other country. A7- you can choose currency. A8 - No A9 - Limitations? Have docs ready.

Writing about accounts in my country:

A1 - if your business is "shady" they could make questions and ask a lot of proofs... don't quite understand what you ask in here.

A2 - AVS or IT Gift Cards will do the trick

A3 - yes, the problem is how much money is involved... careful. Keep the ssociated phone operative, just in case.

A4 - not assessed

A5 - not necessarely but keep the necessary balance for refund unhappy customers.
A6 - not any specific I can recall... know your enemy.

A7 - I can manage USD with my euro account if this is what you want to know.

A8 - never try

A9 - follow stealth guide and forum advice

A10 - ebay buyer account is not a problem. I have one that, due to my previous unexperience, I have linked to my suspended account. I still buy using that wih absolutely no issue.

Re: some (EU-oriented) papal questions

(A1) nothing shady here.. i just wanna know if thats the routine thing(as appears to be in usa & uk) in case of limitation

(A2) please tell about details through pm; Thanks

(A3) like around 100 EUR for the very first transaction

(A6) so really nothing even yearly limit/cap?

(A7) without any exchanging involved (meaning intact EUR/USD/GPB goes to their respective EUR/USD/GBP wallets?)

(A8) so youre suggesting its a bad move for the account?

Re: some (EU-oriented) papal questions

A1 - as far as I am aware paypal.it is playing lighter. I have a couple of account where I have never been "molested" with text SMS or phone calls. Phone call from PayPal is something I have never been warned about on IT paypal.

A3 - Don't know... could be ok but never tested. I got a few €s via eBay as first transaction.

A6 - Yes you definitively have year limits that can be removed with ID and proof of address

A7 - yes, USD, EUR, GBP are keep separated

A8 - No, sorry, I never tested it.
