Withdrawals to an unconfirmed VISA

I wonder if there are issues / limits on withdrawing to an unconfirmed VISA Credit Card? It seems that PP allows to do that.

I did it last week on a paypal.it account.

Added the card and withdraw about 250€ without confirming it.

The account is 2 years old.

Does it work in a long term? I mean, if card is used only for withdrawals, are there any possible issues or limits?

I do not know sorry. Used only for that withdraw and then I confirmed the card.
