Making a new paypal account. Will it work?
 

So.. My ebay and paypal accts are permanently limited. So i cant use my acct anymore. So my friend is going to make his ebay and paypal address with his name address email and phone number. But hes not going to add his bank acct on paypal. Im going to open new bank acct from the bank that i havent opened acct yet and then im going to link my new bank acct/debit card on my friends paypal acct. will it work? Or does my friend have to add his bank acct on paypal first and then i link my new bank acct?

Adding a new PayPal to an existing Ebay will work.....but eventually it will get flagged sooner or later, it's all going to be a matter of time. So, hopefully you can get all your money out before it gets limited because it will go down at some point.

i've tried with three accounts

one is still going 2 years later

other were gone within 30 days each

OP is not asking to add a new PayPal to an existing eBay account if I'm not wrong.

Yes, technically it works. You have a brand new bank account and you could add it to your friend PayPal. No problem with that, PayPal will not see the name registered to the bank account.

I, and most of the members in here, discurage to use other people's personal infos or accounts. This could turn bad if problems occurs.

Make your own stealth accounts. A brand new combo eBay+PayPal. It is not difficult... follow the stealth guide and read the forum.
