im making my paypal i used to use textnow and google voice but now i cant confirm identity can someone sell me a service to take the call in paypal and confirm the identity or assist me in telling me how

It has to be the original number you signed up with.

it is the original number i put in paypal when i sign up but i can get the text to confirm number but not the call if i need to confirm identity

thast what im trying to do i can add the number via text but i cannot call it to remove the 21 day hold

What did you use to start the account textnew or gvoice if it is text now use a smartphone and get the app login to the textnow then have paypal call it when prompted. You will get the call on your phone then type the code with the app keypad.
