need help

Buyer bought from me 3item total price more then 500$
After few days from item was shipped, buyer send return request in ebay and later claimed in paypal item not received.

I uploaded into paypal post office check with tracking number for shipping proof and package photo.
What to do? maybe need call to paypal?
Please help.

its only 7 days passed when shipped. Tracking number shows just arrived to buyer country.
