A few questions on stealth accounts
 

1) Is it recommended to use a paypal from the same country you are from or can you use another countries' e.g. US without any problems?

2) How do you add paypal to your website indirectly? I've heard people do this but not sure what the best checkout service or addon or whatever is best.

3) What is the best way to open a bank account? Virtual BA? Real BA seems like it might cause more problems using false name, address etc.

4) How do the accounts sold by people work? Since there is more than 1 ip/browser cookies etc. used how do people manage to keep these accounts alive?

5) Also heard some basic paypal accounts have sending limits, what are these limits?

1 - While you can use PP from overseas, its always best to have one from the same country when possible. If you do you an overseas ones you need to work out how your going to get the money out and what to do RE the IP address issue

2 - Depends on the country. Most the time its just a lot easier to buy things funded via a VCC

3 - Your going to need a real bank account if you want to withdraw funds. A VBA can be used in the US to verify a PP though initially

4 - You need to talk to the seller you are interested in about this.

5 - Again it depends on the country
