Can I add the stealth name in one of my Credit Card and add it to my paypal? Is it safe to do that?

Paypal cannot see the name on the credit card so in that respect it is safe.
However, unless the address on your paypal account is the same as the one the credit card is registered to the card wont pass AVS verification. And since youre using a stealth address (or at least you should to avoid linking yourself to your real account) that wont be the case.
Just use a prepaid VCC. Its a cheap and safe solution.

I used real address on my stealth account. I can also change my credit card address to match my stealth account.

What is the good prepaid VCC? I got reloadable credit card and I link it in my PayPal. Is it safe to used that card to verify my card to remove the $500/a month limit on my Paypal?

No, it's different address, but real address. All the information like phone number, IP address and computer are new. It wasn't previously used on ebay and paypal.

The zip code must match. Not anything else.
