How do I open a US PayPal account if I am outside the US?
 

I want to use a US-paypal for shopping but not for selling, I can send the account money through mass payment from other accounts I have.

Can anyone help me with this?

Can I buy a dedicated IP address and use it to open a US paypal account and then discard of it when the limit for that account is reached?

Would it better to buy a verified us paypal account?

It would be better to buy verified account rather create ur self and discard
but regardless whats ur monthly buying expected $ so i can better tell you

Actually I have no idea, I would say around $600 right now from sites that only accept us based paypal accounts, but obviously I want it to be a little more.

Buying an account to use just as buyer?!? That sounds quite crazy.

It should not be that hard to start a US based PayPal account. Buyer accouts are not watched that closely from PayPal. You should be able to get a US IP, a VCC and a VBA to verify the account.

The weak part of your plan is the money transfer to that account via other accounts... that will ring the bell and eventually will make all your account toasted.

Buying a verified pp us account is decent approach but you NEED the US IP as well

some sites only allow us paypal accounts to purchase from them, and it's becoming a bit of a hindrance. I've transferred money between paypal accounts before without any problem (I use mass pay for it). There is also another option of receiving payouts from cashback sites to the paypal account.

when I choose a US IP does it matter if the it matches the same state as my PP account?
