Should I get Paypal debit card if I had one on a limit account 8 years ago same SSN?
 

Ok I had a Paypal account with my real info like 7 or 8 years ago and I had a paypal debit card as well that I used my real SSN to get


Fast forward I have a new paypal account in my middle an last name and of course different address etc. I want to have a paypal debit card again but I believe I would have to provide my SSn again

Do you think it will be safe to do this? Will Paypal still be able to link the 2 together?

No, it's not safe. Anything you reuse can be used to link you. Something unique like a SSN will definitely link you.

Yes you need a SS# for a debit card no way around that , PayPal needs to confirm fully your individual identification
