Unable to access a Paypal Resolution Case?
I had an awful ebay transaction around 3 months ago, which I had to raise a resolution case through paypal. A number of messages were sent through the paypal messaging system on the resolution case.
Now a few months later the seller has sent me an ebay message stating that he intends to sue me for leaving negative feedback.
The problem that I now have is that I am unable to access the resolution case and view the messages, which may be due to a time limit?
Is there a way to recover the resolution case history, especially the messages? |
