Anyone having problems opening PayPal account now?

Put in my email, password, clicked personal check box, clicked register, website was just hanging, then boom, 504 gateway error, anyone else having this?

Last week I had logged into Paisley Paypal India for a return, couldn't even return some over shipping money. Had to wait a day....weird!

This happens a lot. I just wait 5 minutes or so and try again. It is a glitch. It is an on again off again thing.
