Most of not all vpn it's are flagged by eBay and pp, you would also need to use a clean socks5 as close to the stealth address you are using, if you are in the uk, then just use a dongle with a 3 data sim, it's cheap and give a good ip range

I need it for US only. All accounts are genuine not steath and I need to use accounts from outside US.

Avoid proxies way too many things can go wrong with them, and their ips are often reissued a ton between customers. Get a VPN or a VPS, and if your interested can read more about 24vc using ilcarletto's link

24vc all day long. Been working like a charm for me for months now. I believe I have 5 VPNs with them and will definitely be purchasing more. No muss, no fuss just easy peasy quick login to the VPN and flawless dedicated IPs.
