hi which country is the best to set up paypal with....ive read somewhere that there is a country where you can link paypal to it and paypal do not hold the money for 21 days and it gets cleared straight away..

can anyone please shed a bit of light on this

Dont think that magical unicorn exists friend... if Im mistaken id love to hear about it.
The fact is though that even if it does exist youll need to operate the ebay account under the same country - not an easy or simple thing to do. Especially when it comes to cashing out the paypal account.

The only advantage you have in some countries, like mine, is the option to withdraw on a card instead of a bank account.

That it is not easy too if you live abroad anyway.

I beg to differ.
Thinking practically as a legitimate seller. The Only reason I can think of for needing the money without the 21 day hold is for non legitimate reasons.
Stealth is meant to be practiced properly with long term goals in mind. In that case the 21 day hold are not even an issue since they are simple enough to have removed within 3-4 months of your first sale.
You told me the country that you had in mind for this to work with and I will respect your request no to share it here. I will say though that your idea of doing business from this country is impractical and is bound to fail.
