CRAP PAYPAl, new bug AGAIN!!!!!

I lost over 1000 Euros over the last 24 hours...WHY?
I received funds from Ebay, no 21 days all good and smooth
Tried to withdraw to a VISA card
I got " this transaction can not be completed "
WTF!!!! on Withdrawing money?????
Any ways, I tried like 5 times ...then limitation!!
All these were new accounts!!
I tried my primary PP ( 2 years OLD ) i added new visa
withdraw ....same result!!!!

Changed browser - deleted cookies...nothing worked

I called paypal, the answer was
OHHH sorry Sir, we have some Bugs, she refreshed my account, all worked well.

If you faced this issue with your paypal account, DO NOT DO ANYTHING, just call them

The part about getting money into your new paypal account and getting a limitation when immediately trying to withdraw doesnt sound like a bug. Sounds like paypal at its normal state.
Perhaps on the older account it was a glitch. On the new account that doesnt sound like the case...

As OP said, withdrawals didn't work on any accounts, old / new didn't matter. So sounds like a glitch.
