Old US Bank Account with New US PP
 

Without any knowledge of how thing work as stealth on EB and PP, i tried to create US EB account, about a year and half back. For some identification reasons the account received MC999 when i listed my first item.

At that time i thought, OK lets make another account with new name and used pretty much same details. It also got MC999, and when i called them they told me that you made account ABC and now you are trying to get on with account XYZ .... so basically you cant, as there is something not permissible.

I have just bought an US EB/PP account from here (marketplace). Will be using US VPN. My questions is can i use the same* US Bank to link to this new PP? Or would that get flagged?

*same: The Chase Bank i used to link to the US EB/PP (ABC & XYX)

Use a new bank, but you dont have to add it right away, start slowly when you know things are going well then add it, just in case things start tumbling in the begining.

Nope you can't.

I did this once and not sure why but my EBAY account got limited but my Paypal didn't? I'm sure it did eventually but I never logged back in to check. They do keep records and when it comes to bank accounts it's really nothing you want to mess with.

Bank accounts are very easy to get and you can always add a savings to it.

You can't use the same bank account on another PayPal, it wont let you and would be a clear link between this new account and the old one.

You have to have everything BRAND NEW.

You will even need a new IP.

Everything must be new and not link to old accounts.

Your photos on listigs must be different too.

They actually do let you.

As long as the previous one was removed you can add it another account just fine, like I did

Dont use VPN unless it offers you a dedicated and fresh IP address.
As for the bank account - you cannot use the same one. Paypal wont even let you do it. Youll need a new account number.
