No review has happened even though 42 days have passed

Pretty much the title. I was supposed to receive an email explaining my money status (limited account) after 30 days, 42 have passed and nothing. Is this normal? When I messaged them like a week ago they said it's the system that automatically reviews accounts and they can't do much about it.

I haven't said it's about a limitation. The account is limited permenently, I'm talking about these reviews that happen every 30 days up to 180 overall.
