Anyone else getting 45 day limit emails AFTER initially getting 180 day email?

I posted about this a few weeks ago and the responses I got said this was somewhat rare. I thought I'd check back to see if anyone else had this happen since then because 3 of my 5 limited Paypal accounts ended up getting this email. If you have, were the funds released after 45 days and did you have to contact Paypal or did it automatically release?
