please assist me with advise
 

so i sold some bitcoin and the guy paid me as friends and family after a few he opened unauthorized claim is there a way to win this? i have our chat etc but that still dont prove its the person? is there a way to let paypal removei t then i can move the money.

there is not a 'way' to do it, but you can try and appeal it by offering proofs.....I think you will be unsuccessful though.

Very tough to win this - possible way is to present copies of all your conversation with him....even then could be tough

Payal prohibits buying/selling bitcoins. The proceeders receive ban ! If you have at least searched the topic. None of exchangers do that because of hogh level "my acc got hacked snd I didn't send it" messages which apparently we see now. You have no chance of proving it. Move on.

it is not true, paypal does accept Bitcoins but they give NO protection.

Second for OP: when you sell services/goods as friends and familiy: even if you can proof you sold something, they won't care. You should have done goods/services.
