Paypal setup question
 

OK I have read tons of posts and threads and thought I would ask here. So please nobody chew me out because I started a thread. I read the book and read the posts but I am still just a little nervous still.

I have opened up a new bank account which of course is in my name and so on. I opened up a New PayPal acc and also ebay acc that is not in my name.
I added the new bank account to paypal and I am now waiting for there 2 small bank deposits so that I can verify that account. I also purchased a simon gift card in the same name that I used to create the paypal and ebay accounts in.

My questionis after I verify the 2 deposity paypal did in my bank account do I then add the simon card to paypal and also to ebay. In paypal in has an area on the left where it says add card so I take it this is the area to add the card in. Does this help confirm paypal?? Just confused still about the card issue.

Thanks any help would be appreciated. I am just trying not to make any mistakes in the initial setup is all.

What I usually do is go to withdraw moey and there is a link that allows you to lift the $500 limit and i click on that and add the simon gift account. Then just wait for the expuse number to show up on your gift account and confirm it. You don't have to wait for the deposits to go to your bank account, you can do it right now.

Update,
So far everything is working out fine. I have verified my bank account and also added the card and got the email from paypal stating that my spending and account limitations have been lifted. I also updated the ebay account to a sellers account. Now I will wait a few days and just let things chill and just surf around on ebay a bit.
Im glad I found this site and bought the book. Without this forum I really dont know what i would have done.

Yeah I definitely feel the same way. I would be working in a factory if I didn't! I hated doing that.
