building up browsing history, limited data sim
 

Hello all. planning on creating a new ebay/paypal stealth account. Only issue is that I have measly 200mb data allowance on my sim. I believe this will be enough to create account. I will allow couple of months to pass before the accounts are used. I dont want to trap my self into costly contact or buy £20 p/m data plans when i have access to free data.

1) Question is, after i create a new window 10 user account with portable g.chrome browser stored in my documents, can i use a banned ip (home) to build browsing history or would i need to use data sim?

why cant u reset your home IP? Not ideal to log on it atall with a banned ip. Most of the sellers have docs

A lot of people have a static instead IP.

You could use a VPN, they are like 5$ a month max.

Data sim a lot easier to manage + I don't like burning accounts, only so many bank accounts I can get.

As for my home broadband. I don't know which ips have been used. Bb from virgin media, dynamic ip however router only restarted once every 2-3 months. Hosting website from home and other factors means I cannot reset router every day. Therefore data SIM best option. Vpn are far to expensive from 24vc, out of my budget.

Back to original question, can I build cookies using a banned ip, of course I won't log into eBay and there various other sites such as gumtree. Is this possible?

You can't build cookies without being logged in.
You can either:
host your website somewhere else for £1 a month and reset ip
get a dongle
or risk it and just use same ip

I don't think you understand what I'm asking.

I mean can I use my home internet to build browsing history on sites other than eBay eg sky sports, BBC etc. From cookies can eBay track ip?

You would be very pushed to find a decent VPN for that little

eBay tracks IP addresses from the IP address. Your IP has nothing to do with cookies.

Have a look at this. Asda are offering 12GB of data for very little, which would work better.

You can also get 30 day rolling contracts for £10/15 or so
