Withdraw by Check and EU banks
 

Hi,

My U.S business paypal account limited months ago and now paypal let me to withdraw balance (about 50k$) . It's stealth account and I am unable to withdraw to bank account because i am from EU and don't have US Bank account. I thought that if i withdraw it by check and get it mailed to my friend in US then do you think i would be able to cash out the check in Europe ? Does anyone have experience if paypal would let me to change business name before withdrawing by check (on phone) ? I still try to find what would be best option at this situation...

That is a lot of money to have in a PayPal account...

How were you getting the funds out without a bank account?

I was used it to pay other merchants and split payments to my personal accounts in EU. Used it for a year without problem and then linked in a mistake.
