Mixed Results with PP History Download
 

Hi -

I'm going through all my PP accounts and downloading the history for the last year. All the steps I'm going through are the same for each account, but the output I'm getting from the accounts is different.

Some accounts give me very detailed information including the Buyer's email and address.... and some accounts just have the "name" column in the spreadsheet and don't have the email or physical address.

Any help on getting the correct output from these unhelpful accounts?

I am not familiar with this at all.

On my stealth accounts, I don't do this at all and on my big accounts I have accountants handle this sort of stuff.
