Paypal withdrawal bug on limited accts?
 

Curious if anyone's had the same problem as I have with a couple accts:

The Paypal accts were limited and the 180 days have passed, so they are able to be transferred to a bank on file -however- there's a bug/glitch in the website preventing the transfer from actually happening, preventing actual pages from loading and options to be available.

I've done this before on several other accounts with success before, but these seem to be encountering a bug. Has anyone else experienced this and able to find a workaround?

im sure some boffin has already found a zero day and exploited it if not sold it back to ebay or a blackhatter.

Users have ended up phoning into paypal with the hope of getting an agent that will be helpful.
